I led the design of LifeLock's digital identity protection experience and helped evolve the product toward a more unified Symantec/Norton cybersecurity platform.
My work focused on four areas:
Maintain & Improve
Evolved the existing LifeLock Member Portal and core identity protection experiences while supporting ongoing product needs.
Build the Design System
Created reusable components, interaction patterns, design guidelines, responsive behaviors, and UI states to improve consistency and scalability.
Integrate LifeLock + Norton
Partnered with Norton designers, product managers, and engineers to bring LifeLock capabilities into the broader Norton ecosystem while preserving the unique needs of identity protection.

Developed concepts for a unified Identity Protection Platform connecting identity monitoring, security alerts, authentication, account management, and recovery.

Symantec was a global cybersecurity company providing security, identity protection, and privacy products for consumers and enterprises. Through Norton and LifeLock, the company offered protection across devices, online privacy, personal identity, and digital security.LifeLock provides digital identity protection for members, helping them monitor identity-related risks, receive security alerts, manage their accounts, and recover from potential identity theft.
As Symantec brought Norton and LifeLock closer together, the goal was to create a more connected cybersecurity experience—combining identity protection, device security, privacy, and account management within a unified ecosystem.
